Permission has been granted for a Radlett property to make way for two new homes, including a gym and cinema.

A decision notice for 3 Loom Place was published on Monday, February 12, which will see a pair of semi-detached dwellings created.

The homes will include habitable loft accommodation, along with a basement level to house the gym and cinema areas.

The approved plans also include associated parking, access, amenity, and cycle and bin storage.

Hertsmere Borough Council's decision notice read: "In pursuance of its powers the council hereby grants full planning permission for the development proposed by you in your application received by us on July 12, 2023.
