Four new three-bedroom houses could be constructed in Radlett, should new plans be approved.

The application for land adjacent to 1 and 3 Thelusson Court, Woodfield Road, includes parking, amenity, landscaping and a cycle store.

A previous application for the same number of houses was withdrawn in 2018, with new revised plans now in place.

A summary of the proposed development's impact on nearby trees reads: "The scheme proposed will require a few trees to be removed.
