Hertfordshire police have named the anti-social use of vehicles at a Starbucks near St Albans as its new neighbourhood priority for theirLondon Colney and St Albans East team.
Taking into account feedback from residents, the Starbucks at Chiswell Green - on the North Orbital Road - and its surrounding area will now be focussed on.
The decision follows racing on the A405 and A414, along with a number of incidents at the coffee shop's car park.
The Constabulary confirmed that regular patrols have been taking place at the location, and that a cloned vehicle with no insurance was seized recently.
Sergeant Mark Williams said: “We have listened to the local community and based on our own information, Starbucks remains an area of concern.
"We are doing everything we can to stop the anti-social driving – which is putting other people’s lives in danger at Starbucks but also spilling out on the A405 and A414.
