Plans have been submitted for part of an office block in St Albans to be converted into a number of apartments.

Part of Aecom House, at 63-77 Victoria Street, would become 19 apartments if the 'change of use' plans - from commercial use to residential use - are approved.

Submitted by Oakmont Homes, the planning application includes floor plans for homes on the ground floor, first floor and second floor of the building.

The Aecom House application can be viewed online via the St Albans City & District Council planning portal, quoting reference 5/2023/1895.

No objections have yet been submitted to the application, with comments required by October 13.
