A touching, funny and visceral production will be brought to the Abbey Theatre stage by the Company of Ten this week.
Things I Know To Be True, by the critically acclaimed playwright Andrew Bovell, opens at the Abbey Theatre on Friday, May 3.
It is a complex and intense portrait of the mechanics of a family, and a marriage, through the eyes of four siblings struggling to define themselves beyond their parents' love and expectations.
Bob and Fran have worked hard to give their four children the opportunities they never had.
Now with the kids ready to make lives of their own, it is time to sit back and smell the roses.
But the change of the seasons reveals shattering truths, leaving us asking whether it is possible to love too much.

“And we are curating an intricate soundscape with music chosen to draw audiences into our world.
“Don't miss it! If you are new to this style of theatre, I know you will be converted after Things I Know To Be True.”
