FILM music on space themes will be performed by pupils from a Markyate school at St Peter's Church in St Albans next Wednesday, May 20.

The mixed brass group from Beechwood Park School will be performing space themes such as Star Wars, the chamber choir will sing Fly Me to the Moon and the wind ensemble will tackle The Frogs March.

The lunchtime concert will conclude with the school's guitar ensemble and a variety of instrumental solos and duets.

The free concert is at 1pm but there will be a retiring collection in aid of Grove House.
