Her 2006 album, Melting Pot, was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and her critically acclaimed Where Rivers Meet found her and her brother Idris Rahman exploring the music of their Bengali heritage in a fusion of jazz and world music.

The Zoe Rahman Trio can be seen at the club which meets at the Hawthorne Theatre, Welwyn Garden City, from 7.30pm and tickets at £3 students/£10 members/£13 concessions/£14 full can be booked online at www.hertsjazz.co.uk/currentseason.html.
