CHILDREN aged from four to 14 put their best foot forward when the Mayor of St Albans, Cllr Eileen Harris, attended their dance school production of Shrek.

The youngsters from the Penny Waterman School of Dance put on two performances of Shrek at the SandPit Theatre in Marshalswick on Sunday demonstrating dance, acting and singing. After the second performance, the Mayor said how professional the children were and commented that she could see they loved every minute of performing.
