THREE core members of the dance band the Coproliters will be guests of St Albans Folk Music on Sunday night.
Jan Strapp, Theo Thomas and Kate Rouse will be performing at the evening which starts at 8pm at the Rose and Crown in St Michael's Street.
Jan plays the hammer dulcimer, a many-stringed instrument played with wooden hammers. Kate has also taken up the instrument but plays recorder and keyboards as well while Theo mainly plays the melodeon but also plays guitar. All three contribute vocals.
There is no charge for admission to the evening, which will include songs and music from other local performers, but a collection will be taken. Further information is available from Alison Macfarlane on 01727 852111 or go to www. stalbansfolkmusic.org.uk
