THE HORN will welcome a band tipped for the top tomorrow night (Friday) when Three Day Weekend come to St Albans.
The four-piece indie rock band are fresh from performing at some of London’s most iconic venues and will be supporting DB Band featuring Mick Quinn, the former bassist from Supergrass.
Founded in 2008 by two brothers, Gary and Jim Sherwin, Three Day Weekend have attracted quite a following since signing a promotional deal in September 2011. This led to a number of their songs being played on the radio across the UK, Canada, Australia and the US.
The band, which also includes John Springett and Dan Schofield, have recently finished their debut EP containing eight tracks – two will be released next month. They will take to the stage from 9.30pm tomorrow night.
