Soulful chart-topping seventies singers, The Three Degrees, are appearing at Harpenden Public Halls next Thursday, April 7.
Formed in Philadelphia in 1963, they made their name with such hits as When Will I See You Again, Dirty Ol’ Man and Take Good Care of Yourself.
They have been touring for more than 40 years and feature original members Helen Scott and Valerie Holiday along with new arrival Freddie Pool.
The Three Degrees have recently released their first new studio album in 25 years which includes their tribute to timeless Philadelphia classics such as The O’Jays’ Love Train, The Trammps’ Disco Inferno and Billy Paul’s Me and Mrs Jones.
