THE SCRATCH are appearing at The Horn in Victoria Street, St Albans, tomorrow (Friday) night.
Along with the Sunflies, they will be supporting Goldblade on the first date of their UK tour.
The Scratch are a St Albans-based band who have been together since 2002 and have been influenced by the likes of The Buzzcocks, T-Rex, The Sex Pistols, The Kinks and Human League as well as the more modern Hot Chip and New Young Pony Club.
They have already recorded a number of singles and 2009 has seen the release of new single Against the Grain on their own label which reached number 10 in the tourdates.co.uk unsigned chart.
The band begin a bi-monthly residency at The Horn tomorrow night.
