TEN years after it was formed, a local youth drama group is celebrating its first decade and wants to invite all former members to a reunion to mark the occasion.

The Company of Teens was founded in 1989 by a group of Company of Ten members who wanted to give local youngsters the opportunity to participate in weekly drama-based sessions.

Since then the group has gone from strength to strength, performing at many local drama festivals and taking part in the National Connections scheme at their home venue, the Abbey Theatre in St Albans.

Several former members are now pursuing careers as professional actors.
