A SERIES of Sunday teatime concerts begins at St Albans Town Hall with a programme of Bach flute sonatas by the London Handel Players this weekend.
It follows a sponsorship deal agreed between the Town Hall and Woodmansterne Publications to present five teatime concerts before the end of this year.
The recital is from 4pm to 5pm on Sunday but the gallery bar will be open from 3pm to 6pm for wine and refreshments.

�� As part of the St Albans Festival, the Town Hall is hosting its own version of the Royal Academy's summer exhibition with an "open" exhibition of art works for sale during the first week.
In the second week there will be a visit from the Green Bean Dance Company and a wine weekend as part of the St Albans Food and Drink Festival.
