MISTY Tindall is on her way to playing a key part in the RSC musical Matilda after winning the part of Lavender.
Misty, 11, a pupil at Aboyne Lodge School, St Albans, who has spent six years with Best Theatre Arts, had to attend audition after audition as part of a nationwide hunt.
Her mum, Danny Shergold, said: “It’s a mixture of delight and panic! Misty’s done so well. I do feel genuinely that Misty’s experiences at Best have contributed to all of this – she’s breezed in there, done her thing and remained very much her own personality.”
Best principal, Annette Holland, said: “Misty has been with Best for six years and never gives less than 100 per cent in everything she does. She’s a bundle of positive, happy energy and we couldn’t be more pleased for her.”
