HIGH-flying indie electro rock band The Vertigos will launch their new EP, Rubix, at the Blacksmiths Arms in St Peter’s Street, St Albans, at 8pm next Thursday, April 28.
The five-piece band featuring former students at Sandringham and Verulam Schools – Matt Taylor, James Hull, Chester Carr, George Aldridge and Matt Protz – have been busy playing gigs at such top London venues as Camden Barfly, Islington’s O2 Academy 2 and Buffalo, Purple Turtle and the Half Moon, Putney, plus Hatfield Forum.
Earlier this month The Vertigos were the featured live band on BBC Three Counties Radio and played both tracks on the new EP, Rubix and Saint.
Admission to the Blacksmiths is free and there will be a support band.
