Local indie band The Pocket Gods are spearheading a new show on Sky TV which starts next Sunday, November 13.
Mark Christopher Lee from the St Albans band and chief executive of the indie label Nub Music is producing and starring in the Nub TV musical show on Sky which will feature new music videos, live music and special guests such as John Altman (Nasty Nick), Joan Armatrading, Nigel Planer and St Albans’ own Rod Argent.
The show will be presented by Steve Blacknell and last for an hour. It is aimed at the 40-plus audience who love blues, indie, classic rock, folk and world music.
The Pocket Gods will play ‘30 second ads’ in the show which can be found at Channel 212 on the Sky platform.
