Having found Sandy the dog for their upcoming production of Annie, St Albans Operatic Society (SAOS) is looking for someone to take the leading role of Sandy in Grease.

With Annie, directed by Julia Rufey, to be performed at the Alban Arena from Monday, April 28, until Saturday, May 3, attention will turn to Grease this summer once the production is over.

SAOS is looking for local talented 20-30 year olds to fill lead roles in the show which will run from November 4 to 8 and directed by Alan Cox.

Auditions are being held on Sunday, June 1, at Townsend School in St Albans and there is still plenty of time to get more information about becoming a member and taking part in auditions.

To find out more, contact membership@saos.org for more details. More details about the St Albans Operatic Society can be found on their website: www.saos.org.uk
