Budding young poet Aahana Chaudhary has received a highly commended certificate in a poetry competition.
The seven-year-old Redbourn Infant and Nursery School pupil received the accolade in a recent NACE (National Association for Able Children in Education) poetry competition for her poem about dolphins.
Headteacher Jane Byrne, said “We are extremely proud of Aahana - her poem was chosen from over 1,000 entries from schools both nationally and internationally so this is a fantastic achievement.”
