AN EVENING of music by Mozart is being hosted by Radlett Choral Society next Saturday, March 26.
The choir, conducted by Clive Fairbairn and accompanied by the New Mozart Orchestra, will be singing Vesperae Solennes de Confessore and Thamos, King of Egypt, at St Luke’s Church in Langley Road, Watford.
The soloists will be Laurie Ashworth, soprano, Ciara Hendrick, mezzo-soprano, John McMunn, tenor, and Adrian Powter, baritone. The orchestra will also be playing Mozart’s Symphony No 36 Linz.
