RADLETT Choral Society is once again joining up with the New Mozart Orchestra for their Spring concert next Saturday, March 6.
The choir, conducted by Clive Fairbairn, will sing Schubert's Stabat Mater with soloists Sally Harrison (soprano), Christopher Bowen (tenor) and Simon Lobelson (baritone).
The men and women will be singing separately - the men accompanying mezzo-soprano soloist Katherine Allen in Brahms' Alto Rhapsody while the women join with Sally and Katherine to perform the Fairies' Chorus from Mendelssohn's A Midsummer Night's Dream.
The New Mozart Orchestra will also be playing incidental music from the same work.
The concert at St Michael and All Angels Church in Mildred Avenue, Watford, starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are �15 with under 16s free and they are available from the box office on 01923 226836/243545, boxoffice@radlettchoral.org.uk or at the door.
