THE Trudy Kerr Quartet are appearing at The Bull in London Colney on Saturday night.
Hailed as, "one of the country's most polished singers" by The Times, Trudy moved to London in 1990 from her native Australia, getting her musical career break when Ronnie Scott offered her a week at his club where she has performed regularly ever since.
Her latest CD Like Minds, featuring British jazz legend Michael Garrick, adds a new dimension to some of Duke Ellington's favourite tunes including In A Sentimental Mood, Mood Indigo and Don't Get Around Much Anymore.
The quartet is appearing at 9pm and admission is free.
