A TRIBUTE to Michael Jackson in the shape of Amir Sharma comes to the Alban Arena next Sunday, November 13.
Jackson Live In Concert features Amir portraying Michael Jackson in his prime.
With his band of musicians, he faithfully recreates the Michael Jackson concert experience with a selection of his favourite hits.
This summer marked the second anniversary of the singer’s death and Amir said: “Being in a Michael Jackson tribute band is the biggest privilege for me. I have grown up watching Michael Jackson perform. My passion is his music. Performing his songs and for it to be well received gives me an incredible feeling of happiness and serenity.
“I fell in love with the song Another Part of Me when I watched Michael Jackson sing it at Wembley stadium in 1998, my hometown. The Way You Make Me Feel is my homage to his live show with the extended dance break and we try and recreate that Michael Jackson magical performance for the audience.”
