Flex your muscles at a fitness modelling competition coming to St Albans this weekend.

The Miami Pro World Championship will once again be taking place at The Alban Arena on Sunday, April 14.

Organisers are calling on all fitness models and athletes to come and compete at the event.

The championships will run from 2pm until 10pm, with competitor registration at 11am.

So make sure you pencil this date into your calendars.

All first, second and third place winners will be given their MP Pro card and pro status.

The World Championship is open to all competitors and all levels are welcome.

Top fitness magazines and newspapers will be covering the show.

There will be modelling and talent scouts in the crowd looking to sign up models and competitors, so make sure you’re always smiling on stage!
