A MAGICAL journey through the life of a butterfly is being offered at the University of Herts this Sunday morning, May 31. Created for children aged three and above, it will look at the development of a butterfly from larvae to grown up, cocoon to flower.
A MAGICAL journey through the life of a butterfly is being offered at the University of Herts this Sunday morning, May 31.
Created for children aged three and above, it will look at the development of a butterfly from larvae to grown up, cocoon to flower.
Motion capture sensors on a touch-sensitive carpet allow images and sound to be triggered by breath and light, transforming the performance area into a virtual landscape.
The audience is able to virtually paint with their hands, compose lullabies with their feet, chase caterpillars on all fours and immerse themselves in the whole theatrical experience.
