THE LEA Singers are not going too far for their summer concerts – one of which is on the doorstep and the other slightly outside.
On Saturday, the Singers are performing from 7.30pm at Rothamsted Manor in Harpenden, and the following night, from 6pm, they will be at the Lady Marion Alford Room at Ashridge Management College in Berkhamsted.
Under their conductor James Sherlock, the Lea Singers will be performing Midsummer Music: Madrigals and Spirituals spanning six centuries of music from Monteverdi to Foggit.
Refreshments will be available during the interval and can be enjoyed in the grounds at both venues.
