Bassist Larry Bartley and his band Just Us will be playing numbers from their acclaimed new album Beauty in the Hideous at Herts Jazz Club next week.
Having previously appeared at the club with Jean Toussaint, Larry now also leads his own Ornette Coleman influenced quartet, which will be performing at the Hawthorne Theatre in Welwyn Garden City from 7.30-10pm on October 12.
Tickets in advance from www.hertsjazz.co.uk/currentseason.html are £3 students/£8 members/£10 concessions/£11 full and on the door are £5 students/£9 members/£12 concessions/£13 full.
