London-born singer/songwriter and composer Kevin Fitzsimmons is appearing at Herts Jazz Club on Sunday.
Kevin has sung everywhere from tiny well-worn jazz clubs to glittering occasions worldwide. He has entertained royalty at The Ritz, sold out shows in some of the most iconic jazz venues around, given a one hour concert on Jazz FM, and made TV appearances.
He has long been a favourite of many celebrities and asked to sing at their private celebrations. A natural lyricist, he also writes in collaboration with fellow musicians, most notably the Jools Holland saxophonist Derek Nash.
The club meets from 7.30pm at the Hawthorne Theatre, Welwyn Garden City, and tickets in advance from www.hertsjazz.co.uk/currentseason.html are £3 students/£8 members/£10 concessions/£11 full.
On the door they are £5 students/£9 members/£11 concessions/£13 full.
