CLASSIC blues and rock will be played at The Farmer’s Boy in London Road, St Albans, tonight (Thursday )where the John Verity Band is performing.

The band, who perform from 8.30pm, comprise John Verity on guitar, Bob Henrit on drums and Jim Rodford on bass and they will also be playing some of their own original material.

On Sunday afternoon, Who Hung the Monkey...? will be appearing to mark the first anniversary of their debut performance as a band. They appear at 2.30pm with Efflux performing for the first time at the venue at around 8.30pm.

Next Thursday, April 14, Free Electric Band will be returning to the music pub.
