THE John Verity Band, part of the original Argent line-up, are appearing at The Farmers Boy in London Road, St Albans, tonight (Thursday).
Featuring Bob Henrit on drums, Jim Rodford on bass and John Verity on guitar, the band are sure to play Hold Your Head Up as well as blues and rock classics. The evening gets underway at 8.30pm.
Free Electric Band will appear as Free Acoustic Band at the pub’s Unplugged session on Sunday evening, July 31. John Clare and friends will be getting underway at around 8pm.
The Zimmermen return next Thursday, August 4.
