ONE of the fastest-rising stars of the British jazz scene, Jim Hart, is appearing at the Herts Jazz Club on Sunday night.
A vibraphonist and drummer, Hart was awarded John Dankworth’s Most Promising Young Musician in 1995 and is one of the most sought-after musicians and most popularly-requested by audiences around the country.
He brings his own trio to the jazz club which meets from 7.45pm at Campus West, Welwyn Garden City, where admission is �12 on the door, �10 online at www.welhat.gov.uk/cw and �5 for students and under 21s.
