Making his first appearance at Herts Jazz Club this Sunday (24) is multi-instrumentalist Benet McLean who performs with the Clark Tracey Trio.
Although trained as a violinist, he taught himself other instruments such as guitar, piano, electric bass, alto sax as well as singing and composing.
Born in London and involved in music since the age of three, he is well respected among his peers.
The gig at the Hawthorne Theatre, Welwyn Garden City, gets underway at 7.30pm and tickets in advance are £3 students/£8 members/£10 concessions/£11 full.
On the door they are £5 students/£9 members/£12 concessions/£13 full.
