The UK’s only ‘stand-up mountaineer’,he is one of Britain’s most prolific – and funniest – climbers, with a desire for climbing in extreme conditions in some of the most inhospitable places on the planet.

His show entitled Inappropriate Climbing charts the past two years as Andy recounts the climbing challenges he has undertaken since his autumn 2011 stage tour, Cold Wars.

He risked courting controversy in 2012 by taking his 13-year-old daughter to become the youngest girl to reach the summit of Yosemite’s vertical 3,000ft El Capitan.

He has also revisited Norway’s Troll Wall, attempted another winter expedition to climb the North Face of the Eiger and aided sight-loss climber Steve Bate to the top of El Capitan, He will also talk about his 2013 trip to Antarctica. Andy comes on stage at 8pm and tickets are £15 with concessions £14.
