ARTISTS, designers and craftspeople are invited to take part in the county's biggest annual art event, the Herts Open Studios.
It is being held from September 11 to October 3 but the closing date for registration is March 31.
The event is an opportunity for members of the public to meet local artists, talk about their work and see first hand how some of it is created. Visitors also have the rare opportunity to purchase works directly from the artists.
The Open Studios event is run by Herts Visual Arts Forum (HVAF) and forms for membership of the umbrella organisation and to take part in Open Studios are available to download via www.hvaf.org.uk. Further information can be obtained from Open Studios coordinator Linda Warminger on 07813 100651.
