SEVENTEEN years since its world premiere, Guy Masterson returns to the Maltings Arts Theatre in St Albans on the final UK tour of Animal Farm.
Using nothing but a bale of hay, sound effects and physical and vocal dexterity, Guy ignites the classic George Orwell satire, bringing a modern sinister relevance to the adaptation.
Comic and poignant in turn, he creates the entire farmyard around the audience in two hours of theatre. Now officially the most highly performed solo show in the world, it can be seen at 8pm next Saturday, January 19, and tickets can be obtained from www.ticketsource.co.uk/ovo.
