Former Steeleye Span fiddle player Peter Knight brings his trio Gigspanner to the Trestle Arts Base in St Albans next Saturday, November 7.
The trio, who flirt with Eastern European, Frenchy, Cajun, African and Aboriginal infuences, has been hailed in Songlines Magazine as “another milestone in folk’s rebirth of cool”.
Peter is joined by Roger Flack on guitar and Vincent Salzfaas on percussion.
The gig gets underway at 7.30pm and tickets are £14, available from the Trestle box office on 01727 850950.
