A day of live music is on the cards this weekend with the annual Hornfest event at the popular St Albans pub.
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, The Horn promises a follow-up featuring another selection of some of the best local bands and solo acts, held in association with Juicebox Live.
Saturday’s line-up costs just £5 in advance or £7 on the door, while Sunday is presented by The Blue Angel Acoustic Club and is free entry on a first-come, first-served basis.
The acts appearing on Saturday include former Battle of the Bands folk and blues rock group The Ages, cold-wave post-punk band Den Haag, three-piece rock band Doghouse Roses, grungers Dyslexic, acoustic duo Franklin, and five piece Thrones.
Doors open at 2pm. Ages 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by a guardian).
