A special benefit evening to raise money for St Albans for Refugees is being held tonight (29) at The Farmer’s Boy in London Road, St Albans.

Purple Day, winners of St Albans Got Talent, will kick off the evening at 7pm singing their single, From Hell to Hope, which has already raised £1,100 for Syrian refugees through their Justgiving page.

They will be followed by Hidden Jules with their own take on country and blues with Grae J Wall and the Trailer Trash Orchestra headlining the night.

Tomorrow night (30), as a prelude to Halloween, U.R. Crew are back and on Monday, November 2, Mouth On A Stick will be playing from 9pm.

Next Wednesday, November 4, as the first Wednesday in the month finds The Farmer’s Boy hosting its open mic Night with Pete Sutton and next Thursday, November 5, The John Verity Band are back.
