PIANO teacher Rena Delaney held a private concert and prize-giving for pupils in front of 150 guests recently.
It was staged at Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls and the performers ranged from four to 18, many of whom are Music Scholars.
The programme included Poulenc’s Two Piano Concerto played by Hannah Westbrook of Goodyers Avenue and Camilla Camerea of Newlands Avenue, Radlett, both sixth formers from Haberdashers’.
The Mayor of Hertsmere, Councillor Pat Strack, presented the prizes which included trophies and cups to Mrs Delaney’s pupils who are taught to play using the Suzuki method.
