Sculptor, painter and printmaker Caroline Russell is putting on an exhibition of wall mounted art, featuring a range of paintings and prints including new and unique sculptural paintings, at the Radlett Centre next month.
Entitled New Dimensions, it runs from December 1 to December 31 and is her first exhibition at the Radlett Centre as well as her first solo display of wall mounted art.
Her mixed media works on canvas occupy space between two dimensional and three dimensional art. The acid-free drypoint etchings were all individually hand printed in her studio Caroline, a member of the Royal British Society of Sculptors, said: “Having worked as a sculptor for 20 years, it was a real challenge to mount an exhibition of art that could be hung on the walls of the Radlett Centre.”
The exhibition is open from 10am to 4pm daily (Sundays from 12.30pm) with Meet the Artist sessions from 2pm to 3pm on Tuesdays and Sundays during the month.
