A light-hearted evening of jazz, classics and songs from the musicals will be given at Rothamsted Manor in Harpenden next Saturday, November 9.

They will be performed by Julian Godlee – also known as a St Albans GP – and Kevin O’Donnell.

The concert, which is given in support of Home-Start for young families under stress, starts at 8pm. Tickets are £17, which includes an interval glass of wine, and can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Brocket Consort, Cutting Hill Farm, SG2 7DJ.
