Performing the music of Clark Terry and Bob Brookmeyer, the Enrico Tomasso & Roy Williams Quintet plays Herts Jazz Club this Sunday, November 1.
Enrico is considered one of the top jazz trumpeters on the scene and has won best trumpet category in the British Jazz Awards twice.
Roy’s professional musical career has now spanned seven decades, having made his name as the regular trombonist with the Alex Welsh Band from 1965 to 1978.
The evening at the Hawthorne Theatre, Welwyn Garden City, starts at 7.30pm and tickets in advance from www.hertsjazz.co.uk/gigs.html are £3 students/£8 members/£10 concessions/£11 full.
