INDIE rock band The Vertigos will be launching their new three-song EP The Chariot when they appear at The Blacksmith’s Arms in St Albans city centre from 7pm next Thursday, September 16.
The St Albans-based band, comprising Matt Taylor, James Hull, Chester Carr, George Aldridge and Matt Protz, have finished their A-levels and are now devoting their time to performing.
Since their launch party at the Trestle Arts Base last December, they have written and recorded new material and have appeared at the O2 Academy in Islington and the Water Rats at King’s Cross. Future shows include the Comedy Club in Leicester Square and a Glasgow tour.
