A one-day digital photography workshop for beginners is being held at the Museum of St Albans next Saturday, September 27.
It is designed for photography novices who possess a digital camera and want to make the most of its functions.
Tutor, Sarah Stephens, will help participants discover what their camera can do and what settings will enable them to take great photographs.
Then using the museum’s collection of photographs of life in 1970s St Albans as inspiration, participants will put skills they learn into practice by taking their own shots.
The one-day workshop at the museum in Hatfield Road runs from 10am to 3pm and costs £10. Booking must be made in advance at the museum or by phoning 01727 819340.
