A star of last year’s Harpenden pantomime will be returning to the town’s stage this Christmas.
Luke Roberts, who played Buttons in the 2016 panto Cinderella at Harpenden Public Halls, is returning to the venue this December.
The star of TV’s Hi-5 will be playing Idle Jack in Act One Pantomimes’ production of Dick Whittington.
Chris Law of Act One said: “Luke was a great success in last year’s panto, and audiences loved him!
“In fact, we received many requests to ask Luke to come back, so we have.”
The actor is looking forward to returning to the town.
He said: “I had so much fun in Harpenden in 2016 that I was really keen to return in 2017 – so I am!
“Playing Idle Jack in the panto is going to be a real hoot. I can’t wait.”
Dick Whittington runs from Saturday, December 9 to Friday, December 22.
