THREE dance and fitness classes are being held on Saturday (23) in aid of the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
World Rhythms is holding the classes at Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in Highfield Park Drive, St Albans.
At 1pm there is Bollywood, 2pm Ballroom Blitz and 3pm Zumba Fitness. Each 45-minute session is �5 each or �12 for the three with all proceeds going to the appeal.
