HIT comedy sketch show Club De Cabaret comes to St Albans for three nights later this month. Local actors Andrew Barclay and Sally Elsdon are performing at the Abbey Theatre Studio following sell-out performances at the Edinburgh Festival and a run on the London Fringe. THe show features music from London Colney-based band The Big Push, fronted by Stacey Smith, as well as a cast of singers, dancers, showgirls and comedians. The show includes a host of wickedly-funny routines on a variety of subjects from the truth about the Lord of the Rings to keeping fit with the Elephant Man. Andrew, whose credits range from appearances in BBC One's recent Shakespeare Retold series to roles in Silent Witness and The Brittas Empire, also directs the production which contains strong language. Club De Cabaret runs for three nights from Friday to Sunday, February 17 to 19, starting at 8pm. Tickets from the box office on 01727 857861 and further details can be found on the website www.sketchshow.co.uk
