THE Kings of Herts will be taking a break from close harmony tonight to present two cheques to charity.
It follows a similar exercise last month when the Harpenden Barbershop Harmony Club, to give the Kings of Herts their full title, hosted a charity concert at the Public Halls and presented cheques to two nominated charities.
Tonight, at the Old Bell in Luton Road, the Kings will be presenting additional cheques to the MS Society and Macmillan Cancer Support, topping up each donation to 750.
