Bunch of Fives promise to pack a punch when they play Herts Jazz Club this Sunday evening.
London saxophonist Alex Garnett is touring with top New York sax player Tim Armacost, propelled by a rhythm section of US bassist Mike Janisch, pianist Liam Noble, and drummer James Maddren.
Alex has been one of the leading saxophonists in the UK and Europe for over two decades while Tim has been featured with many jazz names including Billy Hart, Peter Erskine, Kenny Barron and Roy Hargrove.
The evening at the Terrace Suite, Hawthorne Theatre, Welwyn Garden City, starts at 7.30pm and tickets available in advance from www.hertsjazz.co.uk/currentseason.html are £3 students/£8 members/£10 concessions/£11 full.
