Pianist Zoe Rahman and her Trio return to Herts Jazz Club next Sunday, October 4.
Zoe has firmly established herself as one of the brightest stars on the contemporary jazz scene. Her style is deeply rooted in jazz yet it reflects her classical background, British/Bengali heritage and broad musical taste.
She has become a highly sought-after musician, working most recently with the likes of George Mraz, Courtney Pine and Jerry Dammers’ Spatial AKA Orchestra.
The club meets from 7.30pm at the Hawthorne Theatre in Welwyn Garden City and tickets in advance from www.hertsjazz.co.uk/gigs.html are £3 students/£10 members/£13 concessions/£14 full.
On the door they are £5 students/£12 members/£15 concessions/£16 full.
